Your own private AI assistant. The secret weapon that makes one person perform like a team.
Not another chatbot. A private AI agent set up around your business, your career, your money, your family, and the way you think. Installed in one session. Running the same day.
- Outperform everyone around you. And nobody needs to know why.
- Get your evenings back without dropping the ball at work.
- Become the person your boss, your clients, or your partners can't afford to lose.
Two versions of the same day.
Which column do you live in right now?
You already have the brain. This gives it a body.
ChatGPT and Claude are brilliant. But the way most people use them, it is like having the smartest person in the world locked in a room with no arms, no eyes, and no access to your stuff.
You walk in, describe your whole situation from scratch, get a smart answer, and then go do the work yourself. Tomorrow you walk back in and they have forgotten who you are.
The setup changes that. Same brain. But now it is sitting at your desk.
The difference is not the brain. The difference is what the brain can reach.
Most people have access to AI. Almost nobody has it set up around their actual life.
Right now, someone with the same job title and the same hours is producing twice your output. They are not smarter. They just set something up. That is the gap. Not talent. Not discipline. Setup.
84% of the world has never used AI. You are about to pass all of them.
Each dot below represents 1% of the global population. The color shows how far they have gone with AI. Most people have never opened a chatbot. A small group has tried one. An even smaller group pays for it. And a tiny fraction has an actual setup running.
With your setup, you skip the line.

What happened when one GM stopped doing everything himself.
emails cleared
daily report process
discrepancy caught
saved every week
Ryan Kern runs TPC Houston. A golf club with 200+ events a year and a staff of 40. For years, every report, every follow-up, every detail ran through him. Not because he wanted it that way. Nobody else had the full picture.
He knew AI could help. He just did not know where to start.
One private assistant, set up around his real day, changed the math. Daily reporting went from an hour to 75 seconds. 90,000 unread emails cleared. A $5,500 billing discrepancy surfaced on its own. He saved 5 to 8 hours a week.
But the number that mattered most? Three weeks in, his assistant manager said something that stopped him:
""You seem different. Less stressed. Did you hire someone?""
He had not. But people noticed anyway. His replies were faster. His follow-through was tighter. He stopped dragging the day into his house. Dinner without the laptop open. Less staring at the phone. Less of that drained look.
Ryan did not become a different person. He just stopped doing the work that was burying the person he already was.
You are good at what you do. But right now, getting more means giving more.
More hours, more stress, more of the version of you that your family actually wants.
Someone with half your experience is producing twice your output.
They are not smarter. They are not working weekends. They set something up that you have not set up yet.
The gap between you and them is not talent. It is not effort. It is that they have something handling the prep, the tracking, the follow-up, and the details. And you are still doing all of that by hand.
Every month that gap gets wider.
Your family gets the tired version of you because work takes the best part first.
You used to be the sharp one. The one with the answers. The one who had it together.
Lately you are just keeping up. And the people who pay the price are not your clients or your boss. It is the ones at home who get whatever is left after the day takes everything else.
Your kid asked why you are always on your phone. You said “work stuff.” They stopped asking.
Even when you sit still, your mind does not.
You carry so many loose ends that rest does not feel like rest. Sunday night hits and your chest tightens. Not because Monday is hard, but because you already know you are behind.
You go to bed running through the list of things you did not get to. Tomorrow the list will be longer. You do not need more motivation. You need to stop living in reaction mode.
You know AI can help. You just have not made it work for YOUR life yet.
You have opened ChatGPT. Maybe you pay for it. You have tried a few things, watched a few videos, followed someone's advice. Some of it was cool. None of it stuck.
Not because you did it wrong. Because a tool without a setup is just a toy. Nobody looked at YOUR day, YOUR business, YOUR family, YOUR goals and said: start here.
That gap between “I have the tool” and “the tool is changing my life”? That is what this fixes.
Three steps. Then it just works.
You answer a few questions. I build the setup. You test it before trusting it.
Find where you are leaving time and money behind.
A short chat asks about your work, your home life, and the places where things keep piling up. At the end, you get a clear plan: the first thing worth setting up, what it needs to know about you, and what a good result looks like.
Your assistant learns your world.
This is where the gap closes. Your assistant gets set up with your files, your rules, your examples, and your preferences. It learns how you write, what details matter, and where it should check with you before acting.
You test it before you trust it.
You run it together and check the output. If something is off, the setup gets adjusted. If the first thing turns out to be the wrong choice, you hear that honestly instead of getting a polished version of something that does not fit.
You own it. They don't.
Most AI tools run in someone else's cloud. They process your data on their servers. They own the platform. You rent access. Cancel the subscription and everything disappears.
This is different. Your assistant runs on YOUR computer through a custom setup I built around Claude, one of the most capable AI models in the world. Your files, your client information, your contracts, your personal data. None of it leaves your machine. No third party stores it. No one else can access it.
Your data stays on your machine
Contracts, financials, client details, personal information. It all lives on your computer or your business server. Not in someone else's cloud. Not on a platform you do not control.
No ongoing fees to me
You pay for the setup. After that, your only cost is your Claude subscription, which starts at $20 a month. No monthly retainer. No SaaS bill. No hidden charges. The setup is yours to keep.
Access it anywhere
Your phone, your laptop, your office. Anywhere you have internet, you can reach your assistant. Send it files, ask it questions, check on things. Like texting the sharpest person you know.
Powered by Claude
Claude is one of the top AI models in the world. The custom setup I built gives it real abilities on your machine: it can read your files, follow your rules, draft real work, and wait for your approval. Not just a chat window.
You do not need to be tech savvy
You talk to your assistant through a simple chat app on your phone or computer. No terminals. No code. No complicated software. If you can send a text message, you can use this.
The assistant teaches you as you go
The agent itself is built to guide you. If you do not know how to do something, it walks you through it. It meets you where you are and does the heavy lifting so you do not have to figure it out alone. Most people are up and running after the basics.
What you need to get started
A computer that stays on, an internet connection, and a Claude subscription ($20 to $100 a month). I handle the rest. You get a walkthrough, ongoing help if you need it, and an assistant that grows with you.
Scales for your business
One agent for you. Or a dedicated server with an agent for every employee. Companies doing this right now are outperforming the ones that are not. AI does not replace your people. It makes each one of them more valuable.
How this stacks up.
Side by side. You decide what matters.

Not a company. A person.
My name is Jonathon Kern. I run a licensed contracting business in Arizona, and I built this AI setup for myself first. I use it every day to run my own operations, follow up with clients, handle estimates, manage scheduling, and keep track of everything across my business and personal life.
I am also a software engineer, web designer, and marketer. That matters because I do not just understand the tech. I understand business. I know what it is like to wear every hat, carry every detail, and still need to show up for your family at the end of the day. That is the problem I solved for myself, and now I set it up for other people.
When you work with me, you work with me directly. Not a support team. Not a chatbot. Not a help desk. I personally look at your situation, build the setup, walk you through it, and stay available if you need help. If you want me to shadow your day and find every place where the assistant can help, I will do that.
Try finding someone else who does this. There are companies selling AI subscriptions. There are courses teaching you to prompt. There are platforms letting you build your own agent. But there are almost no people who will sit down, look at your actual life, and build the whole thing for you on your own machine. That is what I do.
This is not another app. It is the support layer you thought only bigger teams could afford.
Your business. Your career. Your money. Your family. Your life.
This is not just a work tool. It is set up around every part of your life where you need help.
Your Business
Clients, follow-ups, proposals, pricing, the admin that eats your day. It handles the prep so you can focus on the work that actually makes money.
Your Career
Sharper output. Faster turnaround. Better follow-through. You become the person they promote, not the person they pile more work on.
Your Money
Track what is owed, what is due, and what is slipping. Catch the details that cost you money when you miss them.
Your Family
Schedules, appointments, school details, meals, bills, birthdays. Stop carrying everything in your head. Be present when you are home.
Your Growth
Research, planning, decisions, ideas. The things you keep meaning to get to but never have the bandwidth for. Now you do.
Leadership and Strategy
SOPs, training, business strategy, daily numbers, data review. The assistant handles the prep so you walk into every meeting, every call, and every decision already sharp.
Marketing and Sales
Social media, ads, email, customer follow-up, outreach. The parts of growing your business that get pushed to “someday” because you are too busy running it.
Same brain as ChatGPT. Completely different animal.
This is not a chat window you open when you have a question. It is a working agent that runs alongside your life. Here is a small sample of what it handles.
Text your clients for you
Automated follow-ups, appointment reminders, client check-ins. From its own phone number.
Draft 10 emails while you eat breakfast
In your voice, your tone, your style. You review and hit send.
Research any decision
Ask it to dig into a business move, a competitor, a product. It comes back with a full breakdown.
Handle your marketing
Social media, content, ads, outreach. It learns your brand and runs with it.
Build things
Websites, tools, documents, reports. Not just talk about them. Actually build them.
Split into multiple assistants
While one drafts your emails, another pulls your numbers, and a third researches your next move.
Learn any new skill
Need it to handle something new? It learns how. The more you use it, the sharper it gets.
Work 24/7
Some routines run on their own without you touching them. It does not sleep, forget, or call in sick.
Run it from anywhere
Send a message from your phone, your laptop, or a hotel lobby. Your computer at home does the work. You just tell it what you need.
Not a subscription. Not an app. Something you own.
This is a private AI agent installed on your machine that you own forever.
Most AI tools run in someone else's cloud. You pay monthly. They own your data. Cancel and everything disappears.
This is different. A custom-built setup that takes Claude, one of the most powerful AI models in the world, and gives it a body on YOUR computer. It can access your files, connect to your email, set up its own routines, and grow with you. And it runs on a flat $20 to $100 per month subscription. No API fees. No per-message charges. No surprise bills.
Other platforms charge $200 to $2,000 per month for less than this and own everything you put into it. You pay once for the setup. You keep it forever.
Your only ongoing cost. Flat Claude subscription. No per-use fees.
Cancel the Claude subscription and the agent is still on your machine. Your setup never disappears.
Built to run a whole team of agents. Most people start with one. The infrastructure is already there when you're ready to scale.
Start with the setup that fits.
Could you set this up yourself? Technically, yes. The same way you could wire your own house. The question is whether you want to spend 40 hours figuring it out, or have the person who does this every day handle it in one session.
Launchpad ($997)
You say: "Draft me an email to Sarah."
Your agent writes a good, professional email. You review it and hit send.
Command Center ($2,497)
You say: "Draft me an email to Sarah."
Your agent already knows Sarah is your biggest client, that you follow up every Tuesday, that you keep it casual, and that her project deadline is Friday. It drafts the right email without you explaining any of that.
Find out exactly where AI fits your life before you spend a dollar.
A short chat asks about your work, your day, and the places where things keep piling up. You get a clear map of the first thing worth setting up, which tier fits your situation, and an honest answer about whether any of this is worth paying for.

What this is and what it is not.
Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
ChatGPT is the tool most people already have. This is the setup that makes it actually useful for your specific day. If a normal ChatGPT conversation would solve your problem, I will tell you that before you spend anything.
I already pay for ChatGPT. Do I need this?
If you are already using it daily and it is changing how you work and live, you probably do not. But if you are paying for it and barely using it, or using it but nothing sticks, the setup is what closes that gap.
Who owns the account?
You do. The assistant, the account, and the setup stay with you. Nothing is locked behind something only I control.
What if it does not work?
We test it together before calling it done. If it needs adjusting, we adjust it. If the first thing turns out to be the wrong choice, I tell you that and point you to a better one.
How long does this take?
Launchpad is installed in a single remote session. Your agent can be running its first task the same day. Command Center takes about a week because I am loading deeper context and building your head start. Operator Edition takes one to two weeks because I am building the entire system personally. All of them include testing before handoff. You do not need to be available the whole time. I check in when I need your input and when things are ready to test together.
Is my data secure?
Your assistant runs on your own computer. Your files, your context, and your setup stay on your machine. When it connects to Gmail, Calendar, or Drive, it uses your own accounts through your own login. No third party stores your data or has access to it. For businesses with compliance requirements, this is the setup that keeps everything in-house.
Does anyone need to know I’m using this?
No. It is your private assistant in your own account. How you use it is your business. Most people do not talk about it. They just let their results speak.
Do I need to know anything about AI or coding?
No. You talk in plain English. I handle the technical setup. Most people who hire me are not technical. They are busy people who want a working setup, not a project to learn. If something feels confusing during the walkthrough, we slow down until it makes sense.
What does it cost me every month after the setup?
Your only ongoing cost is a Claude subscription from Anthropic. It starts at $20 a month and goes up to $100 a month depending on how much you use it. That is it. No monthly fee to me. No per-message charges. No platform bill. The setup is yours and the subscription is yours. I am not in the middle of it.
What if I start with the $997 Launchpad and want more later?
If you upgrade to the Command Center within 30 days, your $997 is credited toward it. You just pay the difference. After 30 days, you can still upgrade. Everything from your first setup carries over either way.
I already have conversations and information in ChatGPT or Claude. Will I lose that?
No. Part of the setup is helping you migrate what you already have. We can pull in your existing conversations, notes, files, and context so you do not have to start over. Your history and information come with you.
What if the assistant makes a mistake?
It will. AI is not perfect and I will not pretend otherwise. That is why every setup includes a Test Drive and a walkthrough on what to check, what to trust, and where to stay in control. The goal is useful help, not blind trust.
What do you actually do during the setup?
I review your Setup Map, then build the assistant with your files, rules, examples, and the workflow we agreed on. I test it with your real data, walk you through how to use it, and stay available during the tune-up window for adjustments. You do not need to be available the whole time. I check in when I need your input and when the setup is ready to test together.
A year from now, you will either have this, or you will still be doing everything yourself.
One of those sounds exhausting.
You already know something needs to change. Not more hours. Not more hustle. Not another app.
The people who have this do not talk about it. They just seem sharper. Calmer. More prepared. They get the raise. They leave on time. They are present at dinner. And nobody around them can figure out how.
You are five minutes away from finding out what that looks like for you.
